Memberships

This page configures the list of memberships to be offered to guests. Depending on the membership type, the members may be offered some privilege, such as checking in earlier or checking out later than other guests.

Guest Check In/Check Out time can be defined for each membership, and for levels defined within each membership. The Kiosk Machine uses these times, along with the times defined in Hotel Settings and any ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) / ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) set in the PMS to determine the earliest Check In and latest Check Out times available for a guest.

Memberships added in Kiosk Admin should correspond to memberships configured in the PMS. Each membership may have a Check In and Check Out time (including a buffer), similar to those configured in Hotel Settings. The Code should match the code of the corresponding membership type in the PMS, and the Name is for display purposes only on the Kiosk Machine. The membership feature is active when we have at least one membership defined in the Kiosk Admin membership page.

When adding a new membership or editing an existing one, Initial Membership Level and Hotel Loyalty Membership Website URL are shown only if Set as the Loyalty Rewards Membership is checked. This selected loyalty rewards membership is offered to guests on the Kiosk Machine if they are not already members and Enroll guest as a member is enabled in Hotel Settings.

Note

Only one Membership can be flagged as Loyalty Rewards Membership. The Initial Membership Level should correspond to the membership entry level defined in the PMS.*

If Membership Levels are also configured in the PMS, these levels may be configured for each membership by clicking the + button of the Membership row. Each membership level may also have a Check In and Check Out time (including a buffer) configured. The Level should match the level configured in the PMS, and the Name is for description purposes only.

If a guest has multiple memberships, then the system will apply the most convenient times.
