Manage Guest Data

This page is used to clear the personally identifiable information (PII) of guests. Enter the Reservation ID of the guest and click Clear Data. All guest personal data for that reservation is replaced with the value from System Settings.

The Manage Guest Data page is only shown for users with the Administrator role.

Note

When PII is cleared for a reservation and later a guest takes further action with that same reservation (for example, completing a check-in), any new PII gathered or shown will be stored until it is cleared again.
